GETTING MAXIMUM BENEFITS

$2,687 per month is the maximum SSDI benefit. Social Security may owe you a lot of back payments.

Here is what we look for when trying to be sure you collect maximum Social Security disability benefits:

--- Your alleged onset date (AOD) is correct and goes back as far as possible.

--- There is medical evidence to support your AOD.

--- All your work credits, wages and FICA tax payments have been properly credited.

You may be able to recover SSDI benefits for a time period prior to filing your application. These are called retroactive benefits and the law provides that they can be at least partially recovered.

Dependents of beneficiaries may also qualify for disability payments. For example, a dependent child who is under the age of 19 and still in school may be eligible for benefits when a parent becomes disabled. A grandchild who is dependent on the claimant for support may also receive payments.

You worked hard for many years and paid into the mandatory Social Security trust fund. Now, in your time of need, let us help you make certain that you receive the maximum benefits you deserve. Call us for a free, no obligation consultation. (256) 799-0297.
